This year, we've decided to turn the idea of a New Year's Resolution on its head. Instead of 1 hurdle, we're resolving to complete 52 challenges each week for the entire year. We've gamified the system - using a deck of cards and random chance to determine our fate. Each week, we'll be selecting one card at random draw and documenting our journey in completing that challenge.
Each challenge falls into one of the following categories: Food (Clubs), Body (Spades), Mind (diamonds), and Spirit (Hearts). The full list is listed below. We're excited to explore new habits, push our bodies to their limits, and maybe discover a new hobby or two. We hope you'll join us in our journey to make the most out of every day.
