First railroad grade crossing has a Yellow Exempt signs which means that only school buses are required to stop for these tracks.
Hazmat, fuel/chemical tankers and loads, city transit vehicles are not required to stop.
Second Grade crossing is signal controlled. Drivers only need to follow the lights on the traffic signal and are not required to stop before crossing.
