I'll make part II very soon.
"Euler a" and others are Samplers, you have to Google to read articles about them. It's a bit mysterious, and you have to experiment. Some samplers need fewer steps to operate.
"Sampling steps": keep them at 20-30. More steps: more time. Too much is useless, but you should try by yourself :-)
"Batch count" is the number of images you make. Batch size is the number of images you make at each iteration. Don't be a fool: too much will make the thing crash.
"CFG scale" is the obedience parameter. Keep it at 6-8. Less will unleash silly things. More make the model obey your prompt. If you increase it, increase your steps too!
Google Colab is free, you'll get slow GPUs, but that's OK. If you have fun, buy Colab Pro. I subscribed to Pro+ because I like these tools, and I get an A100, a beast that makes pictures in a few seconds.
Unless you make abstractions or landscapes, do not ask for too many pixels. It'll crash the machine, and before that, it'll multiplicate elements: you'll get people with two heads, etc. That's the purpose of the Hires fix.
