Putin opens a highway for cars in the Crimea

President Vladimir Putin has opened a new section of the Tavrida federal highway in Crimea.

The head of state was driving an Aurus, the presidential state car of Russia‚ Along the way, Putin says: ‘You have to buckle up, otherwise you will have to pay a fine.’
