Mastery is earned. You cannot buy it, you cannot rush it, you’re not entitled to it. You have to work for it. It’s a product of consistency and discipline. About the program: Sports specific training, consisting of 20 Bootcamps and 20 Cycles sessions. Bootcamp concentrates on unlocking calisthenics skills, building specific movements through levels. With practice you’ll master the L sit, Pistol Squat, Planche, and Handstand. In Cycle, formations are specifically designed as accessory work for calisthenic skills, balancing heavy hills and endurance runs, to build a new baseline to reach competitive max.
