After several months of training to prepare a few trails, it was time to return to the Swiss Alps for a long hike lasting several days. We were eager to experience this new adventure and explore the beautiful surroundings of Gotthard Pass. Although we were spoilt by the beautiful weather, everything did not go as planned...
