Friends, today I am sharing Lili Makai Na Khatta Dhokla Recipe | Khata Dhokla Recipe | How to Make Khatta Soft Dhokla | Khatta Dhokla At Home | मकई का खट्टा ढोकला की रेसीपी | લીલી મકાઈના ખાટ્ટા ઢોકળા ની રેસીપી.
Dhokla is all time favourite recipe for all of us and Khatta Dhokla is one such variants of Dhokla which I make frequently at home. Today in this video I have shared all tips & tricks for making super soft Khatta Dhokla and I also added Lili Makai (Sweet Corn Kernels) one ingredient for making it softer. You can see it in the recipe video.
Without Chutney dhokla is not complete, hence I made red spicy chutney with Hing Tadka. I am sure, you will like this combination of Khatta Dhokla and chutney again and again.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Kanki Rice (कनकी चावल)
½ cup Chana Dal (चने की दाल)
½ cup Corn Flour (मकई का आटा)
½ cup Curd (दहीं)
1 cup Water (पानी)
¼ tsp Turmeric (हल्दी)
1 no. sweet corn (मकई)
2 no. Green Chilies, 5 to 6 Garlic Cloves
२ हरी मिर्च, ५ से ६ लहसुन की कलियाँ
1 cup Lauki (लौकी)
¾ tsp Sendha Salt (सेंधा नमक)
¼ tsp Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा)
1 tsp Oil (तेल)
Red Chilli (लाल मिर्च)
1 tbsp dry Garlic Red Chutney (ड्राय गार्लिक चटनी)
½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli (काश्मीरी लाल मिर्च)
½ tsp Coriander Cumin (धनिया जीरा)
¼ tsp Salt (नमक)
Little Water (पानी)
Chopped Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया)
5 tbsp Oil (तेल)
¼ tsp Hing (हिंग)
