Serves: 4 | Total Time: 40 min (10 min prep | 30 min cook)
Ingredients:
1 package of smoked salmon
3 eggs
2.5 cups liquid heavy whipping cream
1 handful of grated cheese (of choice - we used gruyere + mozzarella)
Salt + pepper to taste
1 pie crust (recipe on vlog)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 390 degrees
- Break salmon into shreds, put into bottom of pie crust
- Beat three eggs in a bowl
- Add heavy whipping cream little by little
- Add salt and pepper (not too much salt, salmon is salty)
- Add your handful of cheese (gruyere) to the liquid mix
- Pour over salmon
- Add another round of grated cheese (mozzarella) over the top
- Put into oven for 30 minutes
- Serve with a fresh side salad with French vinaigrette (recipes on vlog) and voila!
*You can also change out the filling to whatever you please.*
