The hallowed mimic is spawned by putting a key of light into an empty chest and closing it. You craft a key of light by crafting 15 souls of light into a key of light. The hallowed mimic can drop 4 items;

Daedulus Stormbow
Flying Knife
Crystal Vile Shard
Illuminant Hook
