Preparation of Hoskote Anand Mutton Dum Biryani:

Secret masala Ingredients:
👇
Cardamom – 5
Cloves – 6
Cinnamon – 2 inches
Star Anise – 1
Kapok buds – 3 small
Mace – 1 flower
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Nutmeg – half
Fennel seeds – 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds – 2 tbsp
Stone flower – 1 cup
Bay leaves – 2
Blend into fine powder above Ingredients

Ingredients needed to prepare Anand Mutton Dum Biryani:
👇
Ginger & Garlic paste measurement:
Ginger – 1 cup : Garlic pods – 1 cup (1:1 Ratio)
Onions – 4 (medium size) (300g)
Tomatoes – 2 medium size (100g)
Onion shallots – 1 cup (100g) Blend into paste & keep aside
Mint leaves – 2 cups (Chop finely)
Coriander leaves – 2 cups (Chop finely)
Mutton – 1 kg (With fat)(50g each piece)
Mixed rice measurement:
Sona masoori rice – 2 glasses
Basmati rice – 2 glasses
(Soak 10 mins)

Preparation Method:
👇
Oil – 1 cup
Ghee – half cup
Cardamom – 5
Cloves – 6
Kapok buds – 3 small
Star Anise – 3
Cinnamon – 2 inches
Chopped onions
Onion shallots paste
Mint leaves – 1 cup
Coriander leaves – 1 cup
Ginger & Garlic paste
Chopped tomatoes
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 3 tbsp
Secret blended masala
Water – 12 glasses
Mutton – 1 kg
Salt
Mint leaves – half cup
Coriander leaves – half cup
10 mins soaked mixed rice
Sprinkle coriander leaves

FOR DUM:
👇
Pure ghee – 1 cup
Banana leaf to cover rice
