Tools needed to create an Offline RO Server:
1. Download Oracle Virtual Box

2. Download This Minimal Pre-Made Offline VPS
To Use this you have to Install the Oracle VirtualBox then open the app
click +add then Browse the folder of your download Server File.

3. Download the File for your
