Here is my weekly training schedule I plan on following for the next 12 weeks leading up to my first Spartan Beast.
Sunday:
AM Training: Incline Training/ Core
PM Training: Shoulders
Monday:
AM: Run
PM: Back/Bis
Tuesday:
AM: Incline Training/Core
PM: Legs
Wednesday:
AM: Run
PM: Chest/Shoulders
Thursday:
AM: Run/Core
PM: Arms
Friday:
AM: Incline Training
PM: Yoga
Saturday:
11:30am Training: Run/ Chest/Tris
Now I may make adjustments as I go through the training but as of right now this is the program I will follow. Make sure you follow me on instagram for any changes I make and for more details about each workout on the day Ido the workout.
