Install X-Mouse Button Control for free [ Ссылка ] click Latest Version)

Open software

Under "Layer 1", find Wheel Up, click the dropdown, select "Simulated keys: undefined", a window should pop up (if not, click the gear next to the dropdown), enter the key you want to bind to (ex. " "), check "Block original mouse input", click "OK"

Repeat Step 3 for Wheel Down.

Click "Apply"



Done!!

When you're done and want your scroll wheel back, left click the X-Mouse icon (bottom right, in the ^ menu), click "Disable X-Mouse Button Control"
