This video goes into the science behind manifestation or the law of attraction. It explains the concepts in quantum physics upon which the law of attraction is based. It explains how everything is the frequency and how manifesting your desires is about alignment or aligning yourself to the right frequency. The second part of the video explains how to actually manifest things into your life in 3 steps: through expressing your desire, feeling the emotions as if you have the desire to align to your new reality, and detachment from your current life circumstances.
