“Better Believe” is the fourth single for See You Next Wednesday, the track was recorded in 2020 after production of The Weeknd’s album After Hours. The lyrics see the artists going back and forth about their success and their status in the industry.

An earlier version of the song leaked online on March 15, 2021 without Young Thug.

On July 19, 2021, Belly posted a snippet from the new version of the song, along with the cover art and announced its imminent release on July 22, with an additional Young Thug feature.
