'Good development' usually involves providing high quality housing, co-located with good transport accessibility and a sufficent level of local amenities to satisfy demand.
In the 2010's, Nundah had become an ideal area to meet that need and thus, developers constructed a mix of apartment types, shops and mixed use development. Nundah looked on track to be considered as 'good development'.
But sadly, it suffered an ironic twist of fate, where the railway, the very thing that made Nundah practical, betrayed its practicality. This is a snippet into the story of what happened when train stopping patterns changed and altered the way a well-done. dense development would continue to evolve.
