My Lucky Day. I love trains. With 17 days to fill while in Ottawa and Mont Tremblant I decided to make a same day return trip between Ottawa and Montreal on VIA RAIL. Why? to see a train and to ride a train. You see, we do not have trains at home. Our railway was closed in 1988.
I was hoping to luck into a ride on the irregular and non advertised Siemens Venture Class Train making a Revenue making test run. The new train happened to be on both legs. Imagine THAT.
While in Ottawa I made a short 2 minute video of my trip. Since returning home I have worked on this longer 17 minute video for your viewing pleasure.
