1945 Academy Award Winning short documentary film 'With the Marines at Tarawa'. The film shows the harrowing battle between the US 2nd Marine Division and the Japanese for control of the Pacific island of Tarawa, November 1943. Two Marine photographers were killed while filming this documentary. I have kept the original commentary and soundtrack where possible.
