Jali kebab or Jali Kabab is one of the mouth watering kebab from Bangladesh. These Kebabs are possibly originating from Old Dhaka. ‘Jali’ means net. Jali Kebab gets its name from the crunchy egg coating. The ‘jali’ adds a bit of texture to the melt-in-the-mouth kebabs.
