Preparation of famous Pakistani food street Mountain / Golden Pulao at home.
*****INGREDIENTS & PROCESS*******
Meat 1.5 kg
Tomato 2 medium size
Onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds 1tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
Water 2 litre
Cook for 25_30 minutes in pressure cooker
After 30 minutes
The meat is tender
Now take out all the meat from the stock
Next step
Oil 1 cup
Sliced onion 1/2
Cooked meat
Fry meat for 10 minutes
Now strains the meat stock and add it
Discard it
Let it boil
Crushed Red chilli half tsp
Ajwain 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Crushed garam masala 1 tsp
Loung 8_10
Boiled chick pea 1 cup
Kishmish 1 cup
Salt 1 tbsp (as per required )
Sella Rice 1 kg(soaked for 3 hours)
Cook it until all the water evaporated
Now cover it and cook it on very low flame for 25 to 30 minute

You need to use Sella Rice because we are making golden sella rice pulao at home.
