We'll take a closer look at all of the 30mm Marx spacemen from the three miniature box sets I have in an upcoming edition. The particular Marx "Apollo Lunar Landing Miniature Playset" shown has a 1970 date on its package but uses Moon Base era astronaut designs for its figures but pressure suited Apollo astronauts and a 1967 pre-flight model for the Grumman Lunar Module with round egress hatch on the box ... Odd! Would be very interested in learning how that all came came to be, and check my other uploads for a look at my current Major Matt Mason collection. Ain't much but I'm very proud to have wrested it back from the Sands of Time.
