Cold showers are hot right now. But it's not new. There is a fair amount of evidence saying that cold showers are good for you. A cold shower in the morning is a pretty unpleasant way to start the day.
But I was tempted to take cold showers in winter because even if 5% of the reported physical and mental health benefits are true, then I thought it's worth a trying. So I thought I'd give it a go and take cold showers for 21 days in winter to see what happens. I share my findings and also dig into the benefits of cold showers. Hope you find this useful.
