Police shot and killed a man outside a Wisconsin Walmart on Friday, Sept. 3 after he allegedly carjacked two vehicles and kidnapped one of the drivers.
Wild video showed the suspect crashing a car and running from the scene with what appeared to be a long firearm. The man then stole another car before he was fatally shot by police outside the Walmart.
