This is the archaeological site of Naqsh-e Rustam where four Achaemenid Persian kings - Darius I (the Great), Xerxes, Artaxerxes I, and Darius II - were laid to rest. There are also several Sasanian reliefs in the area, a mysterious building called Kaba-e Zardusht and two ancient stone fire altars nearby. It's an incredible site one should visit if given the opportunity.
