Taking those cheaper universal arm rests you can pick up on Amazon and eBay and installing them into my Volkswagen Transporter T5.

I couldn’t quite justify spending the money on the genuine arm rests from Volkswagen so bought a cheap pair for about £45 on Amazon and worked out a way to install them on my standard driver’s seat.

This is on a T5, but I suspect it’ll be similar on the T5.1 and maybe T4 and T6 too.
