Completing a 5-day no food challenge was a challenging experience marked by intense emotions and physical effects. Throughout the challenge, I faced periods of anger, hunger, irritation, and weakness. Sleep quality also suffered. Despite these difficulties, the challenge provided insights into resilience and the body's adaptability under extreme conditions.
