Hi guys!

So, this week I am training with Richard who is a blue belt at my gym. He is 5’8 & 145 lbs which is very close to my size! It was highly requested that I go against a male that was my height and weight. Richard is the lightest male at our gym, so this is as close as it gets! I hope you guys enjoy it!
