Each tutorial video provides specific dance-a-long drills to practice along with me. Each drill is about 1 minute long. It should be enough to build muscle memory and dance coordination. The challenge is to keep up with me throughout the entire drill in all 3 drills. If you can’t keep up at first, try again tomorrow or at a later time because building coordination takes time and patience. If you are ready, I’ll see you in the drills.
