Arm throw is quite rare in no-gi grappling (wrestling, MMA, BJJ and Sumo), but when it happens it can be one of the most powerful and beautiful throws. In this video I compiled some of the most stunning arm/shoulder throws (a.k.a Ippon Seoi Nage, Uchi Makikomi and Seoi Otoshi) in recent memory.
