Can the power air fryer oven bake an apple pie? Power air fryer oven baking test - apple pie

In this video I test the capabilities of the power air fryer oven, can the air fryer oven bake a homemade apple pie? While testing the power air fryer oven with this apple pie recipe I will be conducting a quick review of the power air fryer oven build, features and cooking abilities. This is the same air fry company that makes the Copper Chef pans and the original Air fryer XL. Endorsed by the culinary expert and chef Eric Theiss.

Overall the unit seems well built and very easy to use

After reviewing the cooking user guides, I noticed that this company claims that you can "bake" an apple pie in this oven but the user manual recipe guide shows what looks like an apple pocket or "turnover". So, I wanted to see if this Air fry Oven will actually bake a actual homemade apple pie.

I used a store bought graham cracker pie crust for the bottom crust and some frozen pastry dough for the top layer. The Pie filling consisted of Gala apples, cinnamon, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar and butter.

**Spoiler: Overall it did a pretty good job in crisping the top crust but due to the pan not allowing airflow I needed to adjust the cooking time and temperature to cook the apples all the way through. after the adjustment the pie was acceptable and the oven performed well.
