After a long time, a major good news came from Kuno National Park on Jan 03. Namibian Cheetah Aasha has given birth to three cubs at Madhya Pradesh’s Kuno National Park. Union Minister Bhupender Yadav made the big announcement on his official X Handle and shared an adorable video. Earlier in March 2023, a cheetah named Siyaya had given birth to four cubs, however, only one of them survived. Both Aasha and Siyaya are among the Cheetahs translocated to India from Namibia under PM Modi's ‘Project Cheetah.’ ‘Project Cheetah’ is aimed at re-introducing Cheetahs that went extinct in independent India.
