Here is a quick and easy chicken dish that you can make for Chinese New Year (CNY). Steamed Chicken With Ginger And Spring Onion is one of the regular stars at my reunion dinner table.

I accordance with CNY tradition, I've included the chicken head, legs and tail.

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (about 1kg)
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 stalks spring onions
20g ginger
75ml oil
