The best way to dry wet work boots is to remove the laces and insoles. Clean the leather before it dries. Allow it to air dry slowly. Do not use a hair dryer, space heater or any direct heat source it can harden, shrink or crack the leather. Loosely crumple newspaper and stuff into the wet work boots to speed up drying without damaging the leather.
