Chop 3 medium tomatoes
Place in a bowl
Medium heat
Pour olive oil in the pan
Add 10g chopped ginger to the pan
10g Chopped garlic
Fry for 1 minute
Add the tomatoes
Fry for 3-5 minutes on medium low heat
Pour 1 3/4 cups vegetable broth into the pan
Salt and black pepper
Add 300g rigatoni pasta
Cook for 14 minutes on medium low heat
Pour 1/3 cup whipping cream into the pan
Cook for 2 minutes
Parmesan cheese
Done!
