Ingredients
4 Tbsp. Butter
½ Cup Green Bell Pepper (diced)
½ Cup Red Bell Pepper (diced)
1 Cup Sweet Onion (diced)
1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
2 Cups Cooked Chicken (shredded or cubed)
1 Tsp. Onion Powder
1 Tsp. Cumin
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 10.5oz. Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 10.5oz. Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies (drained)
1 Can Chopped Green Chiles
2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded, divided)
2 ½ Cups Mexican Blend Cheese (shredded, divided)
16 Corn Tortillas (cut into quarters)
Nonstick Cooking Spray
Sour Cream
