Ingredients:
-Split Moong Dal (yellow lentils) - 500 g
-Jaggery - 1 kg
-Water - 2 cups
-1st Coconut Milk - 1 cup (thick)
-2nd Coconut Milk - 1 cup (medium thick)
-3rd Coconut Milk - 2 cups (thin)
-Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
-Dry Ginger powder - 1 tsp
-Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
-A pinch of salt
-Ghee - 4 tbsp
-Raisins - 2 tbsp
-Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp
-Coconut pieces - 2 tbsp
