Here's another eShop that has reached it's end as well. Farewell Wii U eShop, you will be missed as well.
Reminder: You can only use the eShop to download games you have already purchased before, and you can merge your funds with your Nintendo Switch account. You have until March 2024 to merge any remaining funds you have left on your 3DS and Wii U eShop to your Nintendo Switch.
Just like the other two videos I uploaded a few hours ago, there are differences on each region when it comes to the Wii U eShop.
On the American Version, you just see a blank front page. Yep, that's it. They didn't even bother to put anything interesting. You can still browse for games, but you cannot purchase anything anymore.
On the European Version, just like it's 3DS eShop version, it shows a genre of games on the front page, like Mario, Pokemon, and so on. It's the best for a browsing experience if you ever wanted to look back and see what is still on the eShop to look at.
I don't know much about the Japanese Version of the eShop, but if I were to make a guess, that version may have an update tab where you can only download updates to any Wii U game to it's latest update version. I may be wrong so don't take my word for this one.
