Thelulimas, a traditional Minicoy (Lakshadweep) tuna fish fry. In this video, I have demonstrated the way we cut the tuna fish. This dish is normally called as 'choora varuthathu' in Kerala. Its a simple and quick tuna fry which easily goes with plain rice, parotta, chapatti, etc.
Ingredients

Tuna fish
Coconut oil ½ cup
Fenugreek seed ½ tablespoon
Garlic handful
Curry leaves 1 handful
Kashmiri chilly powder 2 tbsp
Pepper powder [crushed] ½ teaspoon
Jeera powder ½ teaspoon
Salt as per taste
