Billy (Kyle Cooper) and is partner are involved in a theft scheme across the city. During a robbery attempt, Billy's partner is shot and kills the store owner and while escaping Billy's partner was shot by the police. Billy manages to escape to his sister's apartment (Gwen Mitchell) where she is with a professor, Grant Turner, from the local university (Terry Cater). As the police moves in on Billy, he leaves the apartment and thus begins the man hunt. Billy is aided by Grant along the way while eluding the police in several chase scenes. *******************************************************************************************************
