You can select all tables change the font type, size, spacing, etc for all the tables together. Also, you can select only the top rows of all tables and can apply formatting like keep with next (so that the heading row isnt seperated from the rest of the table, repeat the header row at the top of each page, etc. In this short video, I talk about the following macros:
1. Select all tables / header rows - select all tables of the document and give uniform formatting at once. Similarly, select just the header rows of all tables and not the tables itself in order to give a different effect to the header rows
2. Select all small paras / headings / paras - This lets you choose the higher or the lower character length of individual paragraphs that you want to select - hence giving a character size of, say 50 (default) will select most of the headings (assuming 'short paras' is selected)
3. Select all bullets - Select all lists in the document, including bullets and numbered lists.
