Testing the LEDs (LED chips) of a panel light if they are OK before the sample is delivered.
It's a custom sample of back-lit LED panel light for one of our clients, ultra-thin, thickness is 30cm/1.18inch, 384pcs LED Philips LED chips, 4000K.

All the LED lighting products and samples must be aged, tested, and checked before being shipped. We need to make sure the quality is good enough to offer reliable lighting and lower the costs of maintenance for our customers.

You can see the light quality is very good in this video. Such as high uniformity, right brightness, flicker-free, no light spotting. The product can speak for itself.
