This is comparison of the my (CaptRobau) + @Tom Smith Babylon 5 fan remaster with the DVD and HBO Now versions, as requested by the viewers.

If you don’t know Tom Smith and his channel, he has redone some VFX scenes from Babylon 5 using the original scene files and 3D models. These look amazing, but they did use low resolution live-action footage. This is where my specialty lies, so I reached out and made a collaboration. This video gave you an idea of what a true, full remaster of Babylon 5 would look like.

Note this was just a proof-of-concept and not a fan project. If you want something like this to be done to the entire series, contact the owners of Babylon 5.
