Yes, the belt can most certainly be washed on a light/low setting.
2. Is this a suitable support for running in? 🏃🏼♀️
Absolutely! It is definitely suitable for running in. We try and target the belt for the best and safest support for mum and baby during each trimester! The upper strap of the belt that goes over the bump helps to create to form a cradle for the belly and so takes off a little extra weight when running.
3. How do I know what size to get? 📏
