The 1984 introduction to the long running Australian TV music show Countdown, which ran on the ABC from 1974-1987.

Note that the introductions by 1984 had different announcements each week by show announcer Gavin Wood describing which acts would be featured in the episode- this particular episode, from October 21st, 1984, featured Queen, Twisted Sister, and David Bowie.
