Spaghetti Sauce Recipe:
It's really difficult to measure ingredients for such a large batch...

There's a saying that goes "Southerners don’t measure seasonings. We just sprinkle and shake till the spirits of our ancestors whisper “Stop, my child.” I encourage you to do the same! But I will leave the ingredients down below.

4 onions
A huge basket of paste tomatoes ( we grow San Marzano's)
1 head of garlic
Garlic Powder
Seasoning Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Cumin
A bouquet of fresh herbs ( I used rosemary, thyme and oregano)
Fresh Basil
Sugar
Balsamic Vinegar
Bay Leaves
