Toxic relationships often take on a boomerang pattern of break-up ~ make-up ~ break-up.... When enough is enough it is essential that you implement NO CONTACT. Although cutting off contact with someone may feel harsh it is actually an act of compassion. Self care is essential. Your abuser does not have your best interests at heart despite what they tell you. Think about your painful relationship over time; did the words match the behavior? You and only you can protect yourself from ongoing emotional abuse and No Contact is the door to recovery and the joyful life you deserve.
