Dave Castro, the former programmer of the CrossFit Games, created a few weight vest workouts for 5.11 Tactical. This is the first workout!
It's 15 minutes, as many reps as possible:
50 foot walking lunge
15 push-ups
I finished 11 rounds, the feet foot walking lunge and 5 push-ups.
I used a 14lb weighted vest. The standard weight for men is a 20lb vest.
This is a workout that could easily be scaled down to just bodyweight and still be super effective.
Also if you're tight on space you can sub the 50 feet of walking lunges for 10-14 lunges in place. It took me about 14 lunges to cover the distance and I'm 5'4". If you're taller you may be able to do it in less lunges.
