Oven Baked Stingray with Sambal
This is one dish with sambal that you can make at home. It is similar to the grilled stringray that we get at Malay restaurants specialising on grilled fish. The sambal that is sweet makes the whole dish extremely appertising.

If you have made extra sambal, you can keep it for other dishes or the popular nasi lemak.
