My guests from Spain taught me how to cook this delicious dish. I don't fry cauliflower and broccoli anymore, I cook them this way! Fabulous vegetable casserole recipe 😏

RECIPE and INGREDIENTS ⬇️
Ingredients:
- Broccoli 1 pc (350g)
- Cauliflower 1 pc (600g)
- Pepper 1 pc (230g)
- Onion 2 pcs (230g)
- Carrot 1 pc (140g)
- Garlic 4 cloves (15g)
- Cheese 150g
- Oil
- Butter 20g
- Milk 100ml
- Flour 50g
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Eggs 6 pcs
- Sour cream 3 tbsp
- Salt
- Pepper
- Smoked paprika
- Basil

Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into smaller pieces.

Chop the garlic and onion. Fry them for 3-4 minutes in a preheated frying pan with oil and butter. Then add the grated carrots to the pan, add salt, pepper and fry for 3-5 minutes.

Beat the eggs with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and basil. Add the flour, baking powder, milk, sour cream (or yogurt) to the eggs and beat well.
Then add the chopped paprika, broccoli, cauliflower, and the filling from the pan to the beaten eggs and mix well.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and put the filling in it, spreading it evenly. Cook in a preheated oven for 35 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
Then sprinkle with grated cheese and cook for another 10 minutes at the same temperature.
