Hello lovelies, today I'm gonna show you how to make a siomai/wonton wrappers from scratch. Wherever you are in the world you can easily make your own wrappers. Though store-bought siomai or wonton wrappers are quick and convenient, there's no substitute for homemade siomai or wonton goodness.

Here's what you'll need:

2 and a half cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup + 2 tablespoon water

-You have to use cornstarch for dusting because it doesn't have gluten so the dough will not absorb it.
